I regularly talk to business owners who love the work they do, but they don't always love the details of running their business.
As a small business coach I help business owners learn tools and techniques that support them in making positive changes. This allows people to adapt their business more easily to market shifts and to grow their business in ways that are profitable so they become more financially successful and find more enjoyment in the running of their business.
